Dr.Heather Manley, N.D. saw that there was a need for a fun approach to teaching kids simple health and nutrition topics such as how the digestive system works.
The one I recently got to use with my son called The Lucky Escape which is the first case of Merrin and Pearl, the main characters in the stories. This is an imaginative adventure through the digestive system using an audio CD to tell the story of how Merrin and Pearl travel all the way through the digestive system learning how things really work.Also included in the set is a workbook that helps t reinforce the ideas learned while listening to the story, neat stickers to add to the workbook as the student goes along, and tattoos to show off that your child is also a human body detective!

My son likes the activity book, but I think he was a little thrown off by the fact the the main characters are both girls. That is THE only negative complaint that I've heard from him.
