Homeschool Freebie ~ Life Science Curriculum

If you are looking for a great free life science, then this one is for you.

This is an elementary science program made especially for homeschoolers.

The units include

Basic needs and resources
Biomes
Life Cycles
Classification
Food Webs

Body Organs

Health and Nutrition

For each of the units there are also online resources available with just a click.

The curriculum is designed to be used with a 6-9 year old, although I am sure this could be extended for an older student as well. It is meant to be a complete curriculum that would take 36 weeks to complete.

The site says that the parent will receive monthly tests and review questions and a teaching manuel for doing the experiments at home.

Each week contains one day of reading and writing and two days of hands-on curriculum.
